Job Responsibilities:
1. Able to accurately understand user needs and independently complete product designs that are loved by consumers and meet company requirements with strong ID design skills.
2. Responsible for tracking the entire product design progress, assisting engineers with structural design, and confirming product processes and silkscreen printing in the later stages.
3. Complete design tasks with quality and efficiency according to the project schedule.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of design-related tasks.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree (or above) in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related fields.
2. Passionate about design, with active thinking, strong innovation ability, and a certain understanding of design. The aesthetic sense of the product should meet the demands of mass appeal, industry standards, international perspectives, and a sense of the times, with the ability to quickly grasp relevant information and market trends in the product industry.
3. Strong hand-drawing skills, with the ability to express and communicate design ideas. Proficient in 2D design software such as CorelDraw or AI, PS, and 3D design software like Rhino, Pro/E, etc.
4. Familiar with the entire product development process, with a keen understanding of form, color, craftsmanship, and surface treatment.
5. Proactive, responsible, meticulous, and reliable, with a sincere personality and a positive attitude. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.

2. Responsible for project investment work, including but not limited to product investment, brand investment, operation investment, etc.

Job Requirements:
1. More than five years of experience in real estate planning, with at least three years of experience in cultural tourism or old city redevelopment projects.
2. Familiar with early-stage planning and business format investment attraction directions.
3. Proficient in office software such as PowerPoint (PPT).
4. Flat management style, good leadership, platform awareness, strong drive for achievement, and an interest in tourism.
5. Able to adapt to long-term business trips.
