In the current context of 'design turns to culture', traditional craftsmanship is no longer a passive preservation of historical relics, but an ideological resource that inspires contemporary design and cultural narrative. Therefore, from July 5 to July 27, 2025, Guhe Culture planned a tour exhibition of intangible cultural heritage inheritance brand works in Yangzhou Geyuan.

The exhibition 'Guixiang' takes two important intangible cultural heritages in China - lacquer art and ceramic art as its core coordinates. It builds a cultural exhibition with time, craftsmanship and concepts intertwined around the three dimensions of 'intangible cultural heritage reconstruction', 'design philosophy' and 'future translation'. The exhibition is divided into three themes: 'Inheritance of Intangible Cultural Heritage·The Realm of Painting', 'New Classics of Art, and 'New Look of Brand·Thoughts of Tea Ceremony'. 'Inheritance of Intangible Cultural Heritage·The Realm of Lacquer Art' mainly focuses on traditional lacquer craftsmanship and its representation, presenting the beauty of craftsmanship and the continuation of spirit; 'New cut of utensils and living utensils' show the combination of intangible cultural heritage skills and hotel supplies, promotes traditional skills into daily life, and promotes the aesthetics of Chinese life; 'New look of Brand·Thoughts of Tea Ceremony' shows the shape innovation and life escape of tea utensils in the contemporary design context, and interprets how culture continues in daily life.
This exhibition is also committed to building a cultural expression path with international communication capabilities, 'intangible cultural heritage + design' with bridges between tradition and modernity, craftsmanship and technology, and promoting the expansion of the 'intangible cultural heritage +' compound narrative model to an international, multi-context, and cross-cultural dimension. By exploring the integration path of 'traditional skills + contemporary design + international expression', the exhibition not only responds to the diverse demands of contemporary aesthetics, but also provides a realistic path and ideological model for the innovative inheritance and international communication of China's intangible cultural heritage.
